review his body of art prior to a purchase. Access to and use of this Site is

contained on the Materials are retained. 2. As an educator as well as an artist,
the Materials are made available by Arie A. Galles for use without permission
only for limited non-commercial personal or educational use, or for fair use as
defined in the United States copyright laws. Users must cite the author/artist
and source of this Material as they would material from any printed or other
work, and the citation should include the URL "www.ArieGalles.com" in addition

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Site (excluding links to Web Sites operated by others) is
controlled and operated by Arie A. Galles from its offices in Southern
California. Although The Artist has made no effort to publish the Site

to its presence on the Worldwide Web. As each of these states and countries have
laws which may differ from those of California and from each other, by visiting
this website you agree that all matters arising from or relating to the use and
